DRIVING ON THE CONTINENT

I normally use headlight deflectors when driving in France & Spain. If I am reading my handbook correctly I no longer need to do this as a simple adjustment under the bonnet deflects the headlights down simply by a quarter turn of a screw. Can this be right. ? Has anyone first hand experience of this.  ???

Also is it possible to change the MPH reading to KPH. ?

As said the speedo is changed over in the r link menu. The handbook states that you can change the lights to continental by the turn of a screw but I have looked and whats described in the handbook bears no relation as far as I can see to whats under the bonnet if you go to your friendly dealer the mechanic may be able to point the adjuster out.

Just spent a month driving in France & Spain, Adjusted my lights down as instructed in the handbook and have not had any problems at all. So it does work folks. Also changed my speedo to read KPH through the settings menu, easy peasy.
