I think I am being rather polite by saying I am pissed off.

ABOUT 7 WEEKS AGO i NOTICED FROM THE CARS DISPLAY THAT IT ASKED ME TO CHECK THE LANE WARNING DEPARTURE AS IT WASN'T WORKING. I EVENTUALLY PHONED THE GARAGE WHO ARRANGED FOR THE CAR TO BE TAKEN IN SO THEY COULD CHECK IT OUT. THAT TOOK ANOTHER 4 WEEKS FOR IT TO BE BOOKED IN AND 3 HOURS LATER THEY SAID IT NEEDED A NEW COMPUTER WHICH THEY WOULD ORDER AND WHEN IT COMES IN WOULD CONTACT ME TO RE-BOOK FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE.   TODAY WAS THE DAY THEY ARRANGED A CAR WITH ENTERPRISE AS THEY WERE UNABLE TO SUPPLY A COURTESY CAR FOR 3 BAYS AS THEY RECON IT WOULD TAKE THAT LONG TO COMPLETE.  ABOUT 5 HOURS LATER I NOTICED THERE WAS A MESSAGE ON MY PHONE SAYING THEY HAD LOOKED AT THE CAR AND IT NEEDED A SPECIALISED "TOOL" IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE FITTED AND i COULD COLLECT MY CAR UNTIL THEY COULD DO IT.  TO SAY I AM NOT A HAPPY CHAPPIE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT   AUGUST 8TH IS THE EARLIEST TIME .

NOW I AM WAITING FOR RENAULTS HEAD OFFICE TO COME BACK TO ME WITH THE REASONS I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL AUGUST 8TH, WHEN THE GARAGE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN FULLY WELL WHAT WAS NEEDED TO DO THE JOB. I AM ALSO REFUSING TO TAKE THE HIRE CAR BACK UNTIL I HAVE BEEN GIVEN REASONS BY THE HEAD OFFICE THIS HAS TAKEN PLACE    AT THE END OF THE DAY SOMEONE HASN'T DONE THEIR JOB CORRECTLY

I have a Kadjar that will only pair with my phone, brand new mp3 player but it still wont pair.  Renault know there is something wrong here but they are doing nothing about it.  It will put many people off getting another Renault much less a Kadjar.  We do long journeys twice a year and I rely on having some music.  This is the first car its ever happened with and the first Renault I've ever had.

For the price and fuel economy and the fact its much better looking than a QQ after lots of research online, this car was my best option.

This is my first Renault as well. I changed a 15 plate Audi A4 2.0 for this because it wes easier to get in and out of as I am  awaiting knee replacements and I wasn't paying the asking price for another Audi suv

Do what I have done get on to Renault customer relations dept. They sorted an issue I was experiencing with the price quoted for a service plan when I bought the car. I was told that if I took the service plan out on the day I bought the car it was 299 for 3 years or 499 for 4years but as long as I bought it before my first service was due it would cost the same. It did but what an issue to get it, well done customer relations.

Worth a try after you speak with a call centre they send an email to the relevant department and they will call you back sometimes within 24hrs depending how busy they are Tel No is 0344 335 0000,
