The three letters after each colour name is the colour code, this is used to make sure that you are getting the correct colour, also a smart repairer or body shop will use this code to mix up the correct paint, there also may be other Flame reds out there from different manufacturers, however the Renault Flame red is very hard to match properly due to the process of application when applied to the car at the factory.

The best touch in that I have found for Flame Red is Ford Candy Red, however even if you purchase the correct touch up, using the correct colour code, you will never get an exact match.
