Hi all, Hope someone can help, and hope its just a 'setting' wrong,

I have paired my Samsung phone, R-link saw it straight away.

When I wish to make a call, I can go straight away into the phone book select the person and press ring etc..

All works fine.

However when I have a call come through, I am not getting a ringtone, etc.....

I just seem to get missed call,

Because I cannot confirm exactly when this happens its hard to offer further info, however it 'seems' to tie in when the radio goes quiet, for a few seconds.....

Thank you for looking.

I have the same problem although it worked fine with the first phone I paired up. Then that broke so I paired up my new phone and now it doesn't ring.

I also noticed that when people ring me, it automatically puts the call on hold and I cannot speak to them then.

Have you checked the ring tone volume? Might be something really basic that it is set really low or muted.

Thank you Swiss,

Have sorted it,

Reset my Bluetooth/phone in r-link,

Asked me if I wanted to reset all phone functions, I pressed yes,

This unpaired my phone,

Turned on the auto on hold

Turned off the bluetooth

I turned on the Bluetooth,

Repaired my phone,

Turned off the auto hold,

All now works fine.
