Soldered on to the OE boot light rather then splice the wire on this one.
Length of automotive twin cable, threaded up and around the head lining with the door seal removed threaded in to the light fitting access holes, where the removable covers are

Darenh... I have a question about foot lights... do they lit whit interior lights or when headlights are on? In first case, where did you take a signal for? And for glovebox light... I where did you bought switch?

Footwell lights come on with the interior lights when the doors are opened.

There are a couple of ways to pick up power, if you read all of this thread I think it covers it


The pin switch is a
Durite door switch adjustable with the rubber removed. Like this

They are cheaper than this if you dig around.

Because it's mounting on to plastic it needs a wire soldering on to it, and it really needs mounting on the back side with the plunger just showing through, nut and bolted.

I still need to redo mine if you can wait I'll post some new pictures up.

Also if you have left hand steering check that you have room and can get behind before drilling!!!

There's a clip that's hard to get out on the A pilar, it's like this to prevent the trim from flying off if the air bags deploy. But it will come off enough to tuck the wires down the door seal side.
