Are Renault Providing Sufficient Training To Their Dealerships ?

My Kadjar was due to go into the dealership for it's first service tomorrow until I had a phone call to say I'd need to reschedule because the technician was on a course that day , apparently out of the blue . This also happened to me a couple of months ago for the very same reason .

This raises a question or two in my mind . Is there only one technician at the dealership capable of dealing with the Kadjar ?  and , if so, why ? It's only the first service the so can only one person possess the ability to replace the cabin filter ?

What would happen if it broke down ? The technicians on holidays for three weeks , you can tow it in then ?

The Kadjar is one year old in the UK , surely all staff should be capable of dealing with the car by now . I know , from my experience , that all employees would be trained up on any product after one year .

It may just be that dealership maybe I'll book it in at another dealership next time , assuming I'll be driving a Kadjar in a years time
